“Dave Smith conducted an inspection for my clients who are purchasing a home. He was able to get them on his schedule quickly and was very easy to work with from start to finish. He was communicative throughout the process and gave us a report that is easy to understand and interpret. He even took extra time to discuss his report with my clients. All around a pleasure to work with!”
– Colleen Carroll
“Dave did an excellent job inspecting our new home in the Gorge. His inspection report was very detailed and impressive. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone!”
– Sandra Tingaud
“Dave was quick on the job once contacted. I like that, with his fire and emergency response background, he put extra effort into fire and electical hazards.”
