Our fees are as follows:

Level 1: Typical on-site inspection of your problem area, with a verbal report given to you at that time.  Starting at $300.  Actual cost may vary depending on location and complexity and will be determined when you call.

Level 2:  All services included in Level 1, plus preparation of a written narrative of our findings and recommendations.  $225 additional.

Multiple issues can be identified and addressed during a single visit.  Multiple reports are an additional $125 per report.  Extended on-site time over and above two hours will be billed at $110/hour billed in 1/4 hour increments.


TERMS:  Payment is required in advance.  Payment may be made by personal check at least 10 days prior to the scheduled inspection.  Returned checks are subject to applicable bank fees plus $25 dollars.  No-show/missed appointments will be billed/charged in full.  VISA/MC and AMEX are not currently accepted.
